On July 16, Albany Police Chief Steven Krokoff, Neighborhood Beat Officers and Members of the Albany Community Police Advisory Committee will provide a brief presentation and then open the floor for questions and comments about community policing.
The forum is part of an ongoing series of presentations and dialoguing with the public. The last forum was held in September at the All Saints Academy and was well-attended.
The department urges the public to "Bring your questions, concerns, compliments, friends and neighbors."
The Forum on Community Policing will take place at the Main Branch of the Albany Public Library, located at 161 Washington Avenue on Tuesday, July 16 from 6pm-8pm. For more information, please contact Lt. Michael Tremblay, Neighborhood Engagement Unit (518) 445-6204.
