The case of Central Real Estate Partnership c/o Hershberg & Hershberg regarding the premises located at 883 & 885 Central Avenue requesting an area variance pursuant to Sections 375-26 and 375-142 of the City of Albany Zoning Ordinance to allow for the subdivision of a single 2.884 acre lot into two individual lots, where one lot approximately 0.911 acres in size will be left without street frontage. The property is located in a C-2 Highway Commercial zoning district.
