Want a new place to dine al fresco? Pepper Jack's is in the process of converting the parking lot in front of the restaurant into patio seating, complete with umbrella tables.
The new stone deck offers a great place to meet friends for lunch, and is a perfect addition to this restaurant known for great cheesesteaks, burgers, and burritos.
Owner Phil Stein also expanded the restaurant's kitchen, adding a new range to accommodate an upswing in business and refurbished the rear restaurant parking lot with new paving and landscaping.
The changes come three years into the restaurant's tenure at its new location. Pepper Jack's moved to the new larger restaurant in 2010 after being at their previous location on Quail Street for about 10 years. The restaurant has the only outdoor seating in the area. "We are so excited," says Rebecca Goldschmidt, manager. "I think it's going to be a great addition to the neighborhood."
